Story

In 2034 humanity is almost extinct. In Moscow, a fraction of the city’s populace has found shelter in the underground tunnels, where they now live and fight for survival. The surface is uninhabitable and full of hostile mutants. The Metro itself is divided among many factions, including communists and neo-Nazis. Bullets have become the universal currency, figuratively and literally.

Metro Last Light Redux follows the story of Artyom, a main protagonist from Metro 2033, who tries to find redemption for a horrible deed he did in the name of survival. Along the way, he meets plenty of characters from all corners of the metro.

Gameplay

Metro Last Light Redux is a story-driven linear first-person shooter. Explore the tunnels and corridors of the subway of Moscow and fight for survival against monstrous mutants and hostile humans. With stealth and an impressive arsenal of customized weapons at your disposal, you’ll face many dangers on your journey both through dark, claustrophobic tunnels and toxic, frozen surface out. It’s up to you if you want to brute-force your way through enemies, eliminate them silently or even spare their lives, should you deem it right. Remember that the choices you make do have an impact in the end.
